Founder, FirstWin
I'm Andrew Kushinsky, a tech entrepreneurship student at Babson.
Over the past year I watched AI go from interesting to genuinely unbelievable. Toward the end of 2025, I kept seeing use cases I never thought were possible, people doing things that used to take whole teams. So I dove in and started building: simple automations and builds at first, websites, missed-call text-backs, voice receptionists, and then started selling lead-generation software.
It worked and we got it running. But every time I sat down with a company, I felt like I was bending our product to fit them. And it never fit cleanly, because every business is genuinely different: different operations, different tools, different systems. Trying to build one piece of software and force it onto everyone felt backwards.
So I flipped it. Instead of convincing someone why they need a product, we'd rather they tell us what they actually need, and we build that for them. The goal is simple: take the repetitive, low-leverage work off their plate, the stuff that eats hours without needing their real brainpower, so they and their team can spend that time on the work that actually matters.
What excites me most is helping business owners who haven't touched AI yet. This world is moving fast, and at FirstWin we build genuinely useful systems that open their eyes to what's now possible, and help them get their first win with AI, whether that's automating the busywork, building something custom, or just learning to use it well.
